Oh No! We’re so sorry if something is missing or arrived damaged. At Saint X Skincare, we take great care to ensure all orders are packed correctly and meet our quality standards.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please complete our contact form within 2 business days of receiving your delivery, including your order number and details of the missing or affected items. - You must also supply at least 1 image of the products in their packaging.
Please note: we retain internal packing records and photographic evidence of all orders prior to dispatch. If our records do not align with the claim, we may be unable to process a refund or replacement.

We’ll send you a tracking link and number once your order has been dispatched. These are provided by Australia Post, allowing you to track your parcel directly through the link.

If an item is out of stock, it will be unavailable for purchase. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock issues, we will contact you and provide a full refund.

Once your order has been dispatched to Australia Post, we are unable to amend delivery details. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist before dispatch. Please also include your order number. Please note: orders placed outside of operating hours or during public holidays may not be seen or responded to within our usual timeframe.
